SURAJ close type terminals, rigid type terminal blocks and Euro Series terminal blocks have been specially designed for touch proof; transmission of electrical control signals using the best quality Phenol formaldehyde resin (Bakelite), low-density plastic (LDP) and as Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) an insulating base material. PBT is an unbreakable, Non Hygroscopic, High Insulating resistant and High Impulse Voltage withstanding material.

The electrical conductors are made up of superior grade copper alloys using the right mix of copper and zinc for minimal transmission loss of electric current with low temperature rise which is within a specified allowed limits.

The screws are made up of high tensile mild steel and can be customized to stainless steel 304 grade and Brass as well. The zinc passivation done on the mild steel screws have been done using a specific grade of zinc which can withstand long hours of harsh environment against corrosion. Brass Screws are coated with Bright Nickel.
